EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS
Hanig's Footwear ships Monday-Friday. Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
If an item is out of stock the customer will be notified within 24-48 hours.
Free Ground Shipping
All orders within the Continental U.S. over $140.00 have the option of free shipping.
Hanig's Footwear recommend customers use a street address and not a P.O. Box for their shipping destination.
Orders unable to be shipped on Friday will go out the following Monday.
Expedited Shipping
Select your preferred shipping speed at check out for Real-Time quotes based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Choose from 3-day air, 2-day air, Next Day Saver and Next Day AM.

- We will notify you via email or phone call when your order is ready for pickup.
- When you arrive at our store, please park as close as possible to our front door and call the store at (312)787-6800 when you've arrived.
- Our team member will ask for your order information and the make, model, and color of your car. We can either bring the shoes out and place them directly in your car trunk, or leave them outside the door, depending on your preference.
- We ask that any questions or concerns with your order be handled over the phone.
- Returns: we ask that returns be shipped back to the store at 875 North Michigan Avenue
Chicago, IL 60611. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.
APO and FPO
APO and FPO military addresses will have additional shipping charges.

International Orders
At this time we are unable to ship to Europe. All other destinations outside the US are shipped via USPS International Priority for a flat $50.
Shipping to Canada and Mexico will be a flat fee of $30 per shoe.
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order.
